I’ve had a passion for sport and fitness since I was a little girl, I’d started with Ballet and Gymnastics, also doing modern and street dance and later transitioning over to Kickboxing where I ended up being the a female fighter for years in my country Aruba, I’d train twice a day, before school and in the evening – this is where my passion for fitness has really grown, I love being active and although I cannot fight anymore due to a severe wrist injury 5 years ago, my passion has totally transitioned to giving the same dedication I needed to win my fights to the gym and keeping my body healthy while constantly challenging myself.
My mission is to, beside my regular job as PT, inspire others to gain or maintain their physical and mental health in a affordable way.
